In October of last year, someone requested to read my testimony of Jesus Christ. I’ve been slow in posting it for a few reasons:

1) I have a hard time talking about the verbal and occasional physical abuse my father put me through as a teenager, but I feel it’s impossible to share why I am a Christian today without talking about that.

2) I feel like a testimony should represent my best writing, that I should tell a story people actually want to read and put more effort into it than my standard blog post. This first draft is still far from what I feel it could be, but it’s about time I posted something.

3) My Mommy died in September. I’ve been mourning. Duh.

UPDATE 12/19/2009: I have decided to re-write my testimony. As such I have removed the links to it.
