Religion & Ethics Newsweekly on Interfaith Divorce

As I announced yesterday, Paul and I were interviewed by PBS Religion & Ethics Newsweeklyearlier this summer to discuss interfaith marriage and divorce. That episode is embedded above with the transcript now available online, and it should be airing around the country this weekend.

I hope everyone enjoyed the segment. We enjoyed working with PBS and are grateful to them for giving us the chance to share the story of our challenges and our love.
Special thanks to the Evangelical Covenant Church for letting PBS film at the denominational meeting in Lake Geneva and Zack and Paige from my church for watching Harley during the interview.

  1. Jack, I finally had a chance to watch this segment. You and Paul absolutely rock. Seriously, you guys are my heroes.
My favorite line? Your “We just didn’t.” Awesome.
  2. We finally got the Internet hooked up in our new place, and I finally watched the clip. Think it was awesome. I liked Paul’s comment that believing in something is better than believing in nothing. You guys are both awesome!
  3. This is a such an inconsequential comment, but I admire Bridget Jack for having more than one pair of earrings.
  4. Thank you so much for sharing your story on video for PBS. I have read many of your writings on the internet and it was treat to see both you on your husband.
You both and family are Awesome!
