AMG, Niblet Voting Today!

UPDATE: Niblet voting is today! Let’s go freep us some votes!

Original Post: “I has a 2008 Niblet Nomination for Best New Blog”
Unfortunately, I don’t see how I could possibly compete with a blog named Soy Made Me Gay. Just the name alone demolishes all that my paltry little blog is. Seth was also kind enough to nominate me for “Nicest Evil Villain,” though again, the competition is stiff.
But, thanks for the thought just the same.

  1. You know Jack, usually subject-verb agreement FAIL would bug me, but somehow you have a charm that makes me grammatically charitable. You deserve the Niblet, you’ll have my vote!
BTW, get used to subject-verb agreement FAIL. No one in the midwest knows how to do it properly.
“Is there any more questions?” And my head explodes.
  2. Jack, I’d also like to congratulate you on your nomination for “Nicest ‘Evil Villain’”. May you crush the competition with your sinister ministry ways.
  3. I think this is the first time I have commented on your blog. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate your convicted and civil approach to the differences and similarities between Evangelical and Mormon teachings.
I had several uncomfortable experiences in High School where very good friends became near enemies because of the manner they approached (or looked past) each other.
I used to look on those outside of my faith as “less than”. It is clear to me that the elect of heart are found from all backgrounds. I am confident that the Lord will look on our hearts and what we have done in faith and deed. All will be worked out in the end.
The most important thing for me to do is trust Him and focus on how I can be a better servant for Him.
  4. I think from now on it would be more awesome if whenever we said “Mormon” we just said “Heretical Mormon.” Like, “Heretical Mormon Church,” “Book of Heretical Mormon.” Even if it makes no sense, we should just start sticking it in there for the fun of it.
  5. If you want to be nicest evil villain, you’re apparently going to have to beat me in a harrowing contest of popularity. May the best spineless anti-Mormon win!
  6. Psychochemiker ~ Yeah, it’s a LOLcatz thing. Don’t tell me you don’t lurvs you some LOLcatz?
I actually got a 35 on the English & Grammar section of the ACT, so I’m pretty good at subject-verb agreement most of the time. /flex
Rich ~ Thanks for stopping by and sharing your perspective. I’m also someone who has learned not to rush to judgment concerning what other people believe and where they are with God. And thanks for letting me know that my approach is helpful, because some days I do have my doubts about what I’m doing.
Chris ~ I plan to ride my sexy Facebook pictures to victory. What have you got?

In that case they should give everyone a 35 on the ACT so we’d all be good at subject-verb agreement.
